Description

The Rational 20.00.398P Door Gasket works by forming a sealed contact between appliance door, and surrounding frame when the unit is closed. Its flexible profile compresses against the mating surface to close the gap around the chamber opening. It fits into the designated channel around the door perimeter of compatible cooking equipment. This is used in commercial ovens and foodservice appliances where a removable sealing section is required. The molded profile follows the opening shape and seats into the retaining groove during installation.
