Description

The Hatco 2.01.165R Electric Temperature Controller monitors and regulates equipment conditions by receiving input from a thermal sensor and controlling the power supplied to the heating system. It continuously compares the sensed temperature with the selected setting, and cycles the heating components as needed to maintain the desired operating heat. Installed in compatible commercial foodservice equipment, the controller operates as part of the control assembly. It is used in commercial warming and heating equipment where automatic temp regulation is required for normal operation.
