The Vollrath/Idea-Medalie 204000 Heater Tube 700W 104V Pack 2 generates warm air through internal thermal elements, that heat up when electrical current passes through the assembly. It transfers heat to compatible foods and equipment supporting heating and holding operations in commercial kitchen applications such as warmers and conveyor appliances.
