Description

The Cleveland 20533 Transformer transforms 230/240/460/480V high voltage into 120/115/110V secondary voltage while providing 150VA of power to convection steamers. This transformer features enclosed coils with four mount holes positioned at 2-1/2" x 2-3/4" centers and eight screw terminals that simplify installation. The transformer's core function enables safe operation of steamers by converting high voltage into usable lower voltage levels. This transformer is required for proper and safe functioning in retail business cooking with convection steamers or for any food service application.
