Description

The Imperial 2138-1 Safety Valve Tube 3/8" FPT X 3/16" protects the appliance by letting the pressure out of the system. It operates with the concept of opening when pressure exceeds the programmed limit with controlled discharge of gas or fluid. The tube is fitted in the pressure or gas line of the appliance and attached through the threaded and tubing fittings. It is used together with other safety equipment to provide accurate operation in order to secure the appliance and operators against unsafe overpressure conditions.
