Description

The Garland 222041 Char Broiler Top Grate is a food support that holds the food above the source of heat and lets the heat and flame through the openings as it cooks. When the equipment is running, the thermal energy increases due to the burner underneath it and touches the food surface using the grate. This upper grate is placed on the broiler or range assembly it is placed directly over the burner section of the cooking surface. It is 21-1/4 inches long and 2-7/8 inches wide.
