Description

The Frymaster 2337 Temperature Control Board 208-240V is used for process temperature input from connected probes, and manages heating cycles by switching power to food processor components based on programmed setpoints. It continuously reads resistance signals, from the temperature sensor, converts them into temperature values, and activates or interrupts output devices to maintain the desired cooking range during operation. It coordinates timing operations and safety logic to support stable equipment across heating stages. It is installed inside commercial appliance control compartments, positioned on the main electrical control panel where it interfaces with sensors, relays and heating elements within gas food processor systems.
