Description

The Middleby Marshall 252-6001 Breaker Switch is a safety switch that is used in operation of Nu-Vu ovens and Proofer models. This On/Off switch makes the users to control the on supply of electricity to the oven while at the same time protecting against overloading. When triggered it supplies power to the heating coils in the oven providing a steady heat for cooking. Besides increasing safety through the breaking of power during faults thereby minimizing electric dangers, it also increases efficiency by allowing controlled rectification.
