Middleby Marshall 27170-0070 Blower Wheel is an essential component manufactured for use in ovens with model no PS300, PS310, PS350, PS360 and JS350. This blower wheel is 9-1/8” in diameter with a 5/8” hole and has a flat back and rotates in a counterclockwise direction when viewed from the back. It has two set screws for proper installation of the part. Suited for electric and gas models, it enables proper circulation of air in the oven regulating the heat thereby, helping to reduce the cooking time.
