Description

The Hobart 275450 Flat Beater blends ingredients by sweeping through the mixing bowl with a broad paddle profile that folds, stirs and combines mixtures into a consistent texture. Its rotating action reaches different areas of the bowl, allowing substances to circulate continuously while working with the mixer's planetary motion throughout the mixing cycle. This attachment is fitted onto the agitator hub of compatible 30-quart commercial appliances, where it locks into the designated drive connection and operates inside the bowl following the equipment configuration.
