The Southbend 2927-1 Safety Thermostat measures the temperature and switches off the heating component in case it is too hot. Its sensing bulb is 3/8" by 2" and it measures the temperature and sends a signal to the thermostat to open the circuit when required. The thermostat is mounted within a compatible commercial cooking unit, normally in the area of the heating chamber or oil reservoir. It is intended to be used in high-temperature applications and installed with the electrical system.

Installation Steps
