Manufacturer:
The Star Mfg 2E-60141301 Gas Griddle Ignition Wire carries the electrical current of the ignition module to the spark electrode to start the combustion in commercial cooking. When the control system requires a flame, the high-voltage pulse is passed through the wire to form a spark. It is passed between the module and burner assembly and is fixed along appliance panels and brackets to ensure that there is a proper distance between the heat sources. This is attached to terminals on both ends and is used in ovens, ranges, and other gas-fired kitchens.
