Description

The Lang 2E31400-28 Conveyor Oven Transformer operates by receiving incoming electrical power at 208/240 volts and converting it into lower 24/12 volts outputs which are then supplied to control circuits and low-voltage parts inside the oven system. This step-down process allows different electrical sections of the equipment to operate in coordination without exposing sensitive parts to high voltage levels. It is installed within the electrical compartment of compatible conveyor ovens, where it connects directly to the main power input and internal wiring harness.
