Description

The Star Mfg 2E41100-17 Griddle Temperature Sensor Probe detects changes in cooking surface heat and sends corresponding signals to the connected control system. As the sensing tip responds to rising or falling conditions the controller receives information for adjusting the heating cycle. This part is positioned near the griddle surface at the designated monitoring point allowing the tip to contact the measured area.
