The Holman 2J-200538 Conveyor Toaster 15A 240V Infinite Control Switch controls the toasting operation by controlling the speed of the conveyor and heating components to obtain a uniform browning. It works by transmitting signals to the internal controls of the toaster which control the amount and duration of heat applied to slices of bread. This switch is made to install directly on the conveyor toaster and it is easily embedded in the control panel so that users can easily control the settings without removing the unit. Its positioning makes it easy to adjust and does not compromise the internal circuitry.
