The Holman 2J-200538 Cheesemelter Infinite Switch 15A 240V is used to control the amount of power used in the heating elements, enabling the temperature to be accurately controlled during operation. It regulates the heat production by switching the electrical current on and off in time so that the performance of the cooking remains the same. This is an infinite switch installed in the control panel of the cheese melter, which connects directly with the wiring and heating elements of the unit to control the level of temperature during food preparation.
