The APW 2J-55564-EGO Infinite Control 120V 15 AMP EGO Curve A is a heating controller that regulate the amount of current flowing to the heating coils in the oven, to enable variable temperature control. It is controlled by the input of the control knob and varies the output continuously in order to set the desired level of heat. The control unit is mounted generally on the front panel of the oven, and connects directly to the power supply and the heating elements.
