Description

The Star Mfg 2T46551 KA Thermostat W/Auxiliary Switch 3/16" X 12" Bulb 96" Cap works by detecting temperature variations through a sensing bulb connected to a capillary tube and translating those changes into mechanical control actions. Its auxiliary switch operates alongside the primary thermostat mechanism, enabling additional circuit responses when specified temperature conditions are reached. Installed within compatible commercial cooking equipment, this parts is positioned in the temperature-regulation system where the sensing bulb extends into the monitored zone while the control body interfaces with electrical connections, switches, and associated control hardware.
