The Southbend 3-DV24 Bonnet 2" Draw Off Valve is used to regulate the flow in and out of a kettle and the threaded design of the valve enables accurate opening and closing. The valve allows the smooth flow of contents in the kettle into containers or pans when it is connected. It is easy to install, just by sliding it on the draw-off port of the kettle, which offers a stable and safe connection. The component can be fitted in any typical commercial kettle, and the flow can be controlled without having to disassemble the main unit.
