The Henny Penny 30094 Fryer Compression Fitting is used to join parts by squeezing the pipes and tubes to ensure the liquid or gas does not leak out. Installation is by sliding the fitting over the pipe and compressing it in place to effect a connection that is under pressure. It is intended to be used in commercial kitchen fryers, and is normally installed within the plumbing system of the fryer, to either connect water, oil or gas lines, so that the system may be correctly plumbed. The compact fitting is easily accommodated to the existing setups.
