The Henny Penny 33028 Float Switch is an fryer part developed for CW-114, CW-216 of the HCW series. This float switch works to control the water level in the operation of the fryer thereby avoiding an overheating of the fryer and possible destruction. It turns on as soon as the water level is low enough to trip a safety mechanism, in order to prevent any harm to the fryer.
