Hobart 351359-00002 Griddle Element 16-1/2" X 10-1/2" X 4"H 4000W 230V 1PH

The Hobart 351359-00002 Griddle Element produces heat for the cooking surface when electricity passes through the assembly. Measuring 16-1/2" long, 10-1/2" wide, and 4" high the structure extents the area beneath the heated section. The 4000W rating is mated with a 230V single-phase connection. Electrical current warms the internal heating material which transfers heat upward into the adjoining surface. The broad form distributes heat across the assembly rather than concentrating it at one compact position, carrying the surrounding cooking area to the required temperature during an energized cycle.
