The Keating 35575 Thermostat responds to temperature changes through its 5/16-inch bulb and controls the heating cycle across the 245F to 375F setting range. Heat detected by the bulb travels through the 30-inch capillary tube to the thermostat mechanism, which adjusts the operating temperature according to the selected setting. The 9-7/8-inch bulb is installed in the designated sensing place inside compatible cooking equipment, with the thermostat connected to the appliance's temperature control system. Its K-type design incorporates the specified bulb dimensions, capillary length, and adjustable temperature range for compatible equipment.
