The Keating 35954 Thermostat K-Type is used to control cooking temperatures to provide the better performance and repeatable results in commercial kitchen equipment. This thermostat is designed with a 5/16" x 5-7/8" sensing bulb and a 30" capillary and operates by sensing the level of heat, the bulb that expands or contracts depending on the temperature. This will cause the internal switch to be activated to keep the desired temperature without overheating or underheating. The K-Type thermostat is accurate, and ensure energy efficiency.
