The Lincoln 370164 Convection Oven Heating Element 230 V produces heat by transforming, electrical energy into thermal energy when current is passed through the resistive coil of the heating element. The component emits and transfers heat to the adjacent oven cavity, where the air is able to attain cooking temperatures during operation. This is fitted behind the interior panel, where it connects to the wiring and control systems. The component is also attached to terminal points and is held by mounting brackets.
