Description

The Southbend 3SRV9-1 Steam Jacketed Kettle Safety Valve ensures proper operation by releasing excess pressure in systems. Its role is to protect against excessive pressure by venting surplus steam once the pressure hits the designated threshold. The valve operates using a spring-loaded mechanism calibrated to open at 50 PSI, and close pressure decreases. It installs on a 3/4" threaded connection located on the kettle's pressure vessel assembly.
