The Southbend 4-TH46 Safety Thermostat is a temperature-protection part for use in commercial cooking equipment. It will track the temperature of the appliance from 125C to 330C and will act if it detects too high a temperature. The thermostat works by detecting temperature changes via its probe and shutting off the heating circuit when the set safety threshold is exceeded.
