Description

The Rational AG 40.03.513P Fan Motor W/Shaft Gasket is a replacement component assembly used in compatible commercial kitchen systems. It drives the internal circulation fan system responsible for moving heated air and steam throughout the cooking cavity. The integrated shaft gasket is installed to support and maintain proper sealing around the motor shaft space, limiting leakage and supporting stable airflow conditions. The assembly is mounted within the rear or side housing of the appliance, depending on the model configuration. It is commonly replaced during service when motor performance declines, or sealing components wear, affecting cooking consistency and temperature distribution.
