The Roundup - AJ Antunes 4050214 Thermocouple Probe is a Type K temperature sensor with a 3/16" Ɨ 1" sensing tip and a 25" lead wire. It generates a voltage corresponding to the heat at the probe tip, allowing the applianceā€™s control system to monitor the actual temperature inside the toaster or heating chamber. The thermocouple is mounted near the heat source in the applianceā€™s internal cavity and connects to the control board, where it acts as a core feedback element in the temperature regulation circuit during everyday kitchen operation.
