Description

The Star Mfg 41100-17 Griddle Temperature Sensor Probe senses heat changes at the cooking surface and communicates the detected condition to the equipment control circuit. This temperature rises or falls the sensing element responds and sends an electrical signal through the connected lead. This assembly is installed beside or beneath the griddle surface with the probe extending toward the designated monitoring point. The 20" Wire Lead provides the electrical connection to the control system while the 12-1/2" X 1/8" DIA configuration indicates the probe dimensions. It is used in commercial cooking equipment during regulated griddle heating cycles and food preparation.
