The Hobart 411170-1 Door Strike works by releasing the door latch electronically when opened, and door can be opened under control without having to turn the handle. It is interoperable with the standard access control systems to operate easily. The strike is designed to be installed in commercial kitchen doors that have a frame, so that the strike will fit into the frame and engage the latch. It is and can be easily mounted and integrated with the existing door hardware. The unit supports both fail-safe and fail-secure, and is therefore flexible to various security configurations.
