Description

The Hobart 415050-00003 Solid Top Surface Heater French Plate produces heat by means of an internal electric heating element, that is intended to warm the plate during cooking processes. It works at 2000 watts and 480 volts, transferring heat evenly over the 9.25" solid surface to ensure even warming of cookware placed on top. It is a part that is usually mounted under the cooking surface in commercial stoves, hot plates and kitchen equipment with a French plate heating system. It is circular in shape so it fits snugly in a designated opening in the counter for direct heat application.
