Description

The Hobart 428897-2 Potentiometer is a variable electrical control used in compatible commercial convection ovens. It is installed within the oven control panel where rotation of the control changes electrical resistance within the connected circuit. The resulting signal is received by the associated control system and used to adjust the setting assigned to the potentiometer. It works with the control board and related wiring to provide variable electrical input based on the selected position. The potentiometer allows the designated oven operate to be adjusted through the control panel during normal equipment operation.
