Description

The Keating 4341 High Limit Thermostat is a temperature control and safety part used in commercial foodservice cooking equipment. This part has a 1/4" x 4" sensing bulb and a 30" capillary. It will sense the temperature prevailing in the room, if it goes above the set limit, it will open up and disconnect the power to the heaters. It is placed in the product to keep major parts from getting too hot while at the same time allowing equipment to run. It is mainly used in commercial appliances and other cooking equipment for restaurants and kitchens.
