Description

The Henny Penny 43768 Rocker Switch is a replacement part that is used in commercial fryer systems. This is a single-pole, two-throw, double-pole switch that is operated to open and close two electrical circuits simultaneously when switched between on and off. It has four 1/4" tab terminals to ensure a safe electrical connection and is normally attached to the control panel. In the case of actual foodservice settings the switch enables operators to safely start and stop unit processes. Its purpose in the appliance provides regulated functionality, electrical isolation, and daily equipment utilization in the daily kitchen tasks.
