• How to replace an oven element by yourself ?

When you wanted to replace an oven element, you first need to remove the power plug from the power cord so that there would be no power exchange. Firstly open the oven door and remove the racks inside it. Keep them aside. At the bottom, you will find the element which is called as bake element. When you look at it you will find it is secured with screws, so that it will not move from its fixed position.

Using the screwdriver try removing the screws and securing them safely as we need them again to fix them back with a new one. After removing the screws, the wires will be connected to a terminal so do not remove it in a hurry. Gently disconnect the terminal and remove it.

Now take out your new element from the package, and place it back at the terminal. Fix the wires of it with the terminal and fix it back with screws. After ensuring you have fixed it correctly. Place the racks back in place and close the door and plug the plug into the cord.

Now you know the process of replacing an oven element but you might be thinking where do I get the new element from. Shopping has become simple these days. We have a few good online websites such as PartsFe, where you can order the element or the spare parts that are required for you and will be delivered to your doorstep.
