The Southbend 4440398 Burner Valve Replacement Kit is used specifically in gas cooking pans and is used as a control interface to the flow of fuel to burners. It has 1/8-inch MPT and 3/8-inch-27 fittings, it can regulate gas accurately in commercial ranges or ovens. Valve kits are normally applied to those kitchen machines that require in-burner operation and safety measures. It allows the operators to control the amount of gas delivered so that the level of flame stays constant and the heating process becomes efficient within the entire gas combustion system.
