The Allpoints 461510 Thermostat Kit SP Off-175F-550F 60in CAP adjusts the temperature levels by changing the heating source to the required set point on the dial. It works on a capillary sensor which reacts to internal temperature variation, and the heat output is altered to keep the desired range. The thermostat kit will be installed in the control panel of the appliance and the sensing bulb will be located inside the heating chamber and the dial will be used to adjust the temperature.
