The Jade Range 4615300000 Thermostat is used to control temperature in commercial ovens. The FDO type thermostat of this product has a range of 150 to 550 degree F and this enables users to set heat in relation to the type of cooking required. The 3/16” x 14” bulb and 48” cap make the installation easy while the constant temperature is maintained all the time. It contains the dial 22-1129 with a 4-way mount to fit Jade ovens manufactured after June 1993, particularly the JTRH series. The thermostat increases the cooking effectiveness, uniformity and durability in harsh kitchen applications.
