Description

The Nieco 4621-02 Fuse 2-Amp is a current regulator that melts its internal fuse when the amperage exceeds the required value in order to short the circuit. This will prevent the current flow until the fuse is replaced and the current will resume normal flow. It is mounted in the electrical circuit of compatible equipment and it is typically mounted in the control panels or wiring assemblies. It is rated at two amps and is a sacrificial element that is expected to open in low-current circuits in case of overloading.
