The Bunn 4680-2 Limit Thermostat is used to control temperature by opening and closing electrical circuits when predetermined limits are exceeded and avoids of brewing systems. It works on a basic bimetallic concept whereby an increase or a decrease in temperature the system to operate in check. This thermostat is designed to be easily integrated and can be mounted on heating units or internal components and placed where it is needed the most to monitor the temperature of the system. It enables easy installation without a lot of alterations and it can easily fit into any other system.
