The Kason 481A-00600 Inside Release Handle W/Safety Glow Knob works by enabling the latch mechanism to be released on the inside when it is switched on. It operates by a manual turning motion that causes the door catch to be released and the door opens without any external help. This handle is fitted in the inside of the door assembly and the knob is fitted in a position where it can be seen easily in low-light conditions as part of the walk-in enclosure hardware system.
