Description

The Hobart 499488-1 Range Thermostat With Type 3 Mount Bracket controls the temperature inside the unit with a liquid-filled sensing bulb, that expands or contracts to open and close electrical contacts. The 3/16" x 11" bulb senses the heat, adjusting the warmth source to keep the GS at 450°F. This component is mounted directly on the heating manifold or internal frame with the included Type 3 mounting bracket for proper fixing. The design includes exact capillary tubing to connect the sensing point to the control dial and it is an essential mechanical connection for equipment in commercial kitchens.
