Description

The Rational 50.00.300P Drip Collector is used to collect the surplus liquids and grease that drip during cooking or cleaning and direct them into a special collection tank to aid in keeping the inside clean. It can be placed under the cooking chamber where drips are a natural occurrence, and it provides a receptacle that can be removed at will. This drip collector is fitted in the bottom of the compatible combi ovens or cooking units, and it fits between guides or brackets in the cavity. It acts as the condensate and run-off collection tray inside the appliance.
