Description

The Henny Penny 50016 Thermostat with a 48” cap and 3/8” x 4-1/2” bulb is used to control temperature with a range of 60°F – 250°F. This thermostat is perfect for use with HC-80, HC-85, and Wells Warmers Series RW & RWT to give essential performance in commercial kitchens. It consists of a dial, either 22-1003 or 22-1123, both of which have four-way mounting capability. The thermostat regulates the temperature for heating and guarantees better food safety while making temperature much more energy efficient therefore making it an essential part in warmers.
