Description

The Vollrath/Idea-Medalie 502N Cutter Onion King 3/8" works by pulling a set of sharp blades through a whole onion as the lever handle is pushed. This downward movement is used to ensure the generation of consistent slices of 3/8" thickness after one stroke with uniform thickness throughout high volumes of prep work. A commercial kitchen setting is where the unit is normally set up on a level, stable counter or a designated preparation station. In addition to onions, the assembly process includes citrus fruits, potatoes and cucumbers and is designed as a gravity-based system.
