Description

The Wells 50389 Warmer Element Assembly Kit converts electrical energy into heat, operating at 450W, 240V with a 6" diameter heating element to warm the surface during equipment operation. Heat is transferred evenly across the element, allowing compatible food warmers to maintain the required holding temperature while responding to signals from the temperature control system. It is installed beneath the warming surface of compatible food warmers as part of the heating assembly, where it works with thermostats, wiring, insulation, and electrical parts to provide consistent heat throughout normal holding and serving operations.
