The Allpoints 511130 Coaxial Thermocouple 72" 11/32"-32 is a temperature sensing system that is used in gas equipment and commercial cooking appliances. It measures the amount of heat and produces a voltage signal that transmits to the gas control system to control burner operation safely. The thermocouple is installed in the burner assembly and it is connected with the gas valve to provide effective ignition and to avoid the gas flow in the absence of the pilot flame.
