Allpoints 5161016 is a grater/shredder with the disc holder is high quality and effective for grating and shredding purposes in a kitchen. It comes with a 3/16” shredder plate and a stainless steel shredding plate to make it easy to use with a fiber disc holder that is reinforced for durability and easy use. The cast aluminum construction and stainless steel parts make the product more durable and long lasting. This unit is perfect for foodservice applications and designed to work with Foodservice FPS-12 models. Advantages are high and consistent cutting speed, easy to clean and compact in size to occupy little space in the kitchen.
