Description

The Cres Cor 5238 018 K Thermometer is a temperature-monitoring part designed for commercial foodservice equipment. Measures temperatures within the range of 70°F to 220°F and has a 2" diameter face and 3" flange for installation. It is attached to the appliance and can be read from the point of view inside or while the appliance is operating without the operator having to go to the point of view to read the temperature. It reacts to the temperature in the conditions and shows the temperature on the dial. In the equipment, it is used to give a direct temperature indication for the monitoring of cooking, holding, warming, or other controlled temperature processes within the specified range.
