Description

The Hobart 5387-A Safety Valve controls the flow of gas or fluid by opening and closing under specified operating conditions supporting regulated movement through the connected line during equipment operation. It works with the system's control parts to interrupt or permit flow as required and features 1/4-inch x 1/4-inch FPT connections for installation within compatible piping assemblies. Installed in the supply line of commercial cooking equipment it is positioned between connected system parts to manage the flow path. This valve is commonly used during routine maintenance to maintain system operation.
